baby * baby * baby

This past weekend was a busy one for us.  Colleen had a wedding to attend (as a guest - yes, that feels weird to us now) and I, Ly, shot a wedding with a friend from Artists-Eyes (pictures will be up soon).  But Sunday, the two of us were able to get together for Danny and Sharon's maternity shoot.  We had a lot of fun, tried out some indoor shots with Sharon in her beautiful sari.  We even experimented with some blocks =D

Then we headed outside to Grandparents to be's backyard for some outdoor shots.  We were able to capture some candid moments with the couple before the rain came.

Sharon and Danny: best of luck with the last trimester.  We can't wait to meet the baby!

Jason & Carrie

Talk about great timing. This past Saturday was amazing. The weather kept changing on us and just at the right times. Rain before the ceremony, but then it stopped, and then it started again right after we got to the reception hall. How perfect of timing is that? Mother nature was looking out that day.

Jason & Carrie are an amazing couple that I've been so fortunate to meet and know and have as friends. It was a blast to attend their wedding as a guest and to really enjoy myself and the time spent with our mutual friends. Luckily, I had most of my gear with me, so at the end of the night, we were able to capture some really cool shots out in the dark.

Jason & Carrie, many congrats to you! I hope you are enjoying your honeymoon!!

Baby # 3 - Kristy's maternity photoshoot

It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon when we get to hang out with this family of 4, soon to be 5.  Right away, we found some shaded area in the park to take Kristy's belly shots :)  The baby seems to like our photoshoot as we get to witness some movement in the belly as well.

Is it a boy or a girl, can you guess?  With baby #3 just shy of 2 month til due date, Dan and Kristy has decided to keep the sex of the baby a surprise.

The kids were a little shy at first.  But thanks to Dan, they were all smiled when it was time to take pictures with mommy.
