Present Music - Around 30 concert

Last weekend, we got a chance to be part of Present's Music - Around 30 concert at Turner Hall Ballroom.  What a great event that was!  To celebrate its 30th birthday, Present Music featured over 30 artists with visual artworks on display, a photobooth where you can be life-sized puppets, dancers, music from young composers, and many cool lights effects.  That was not all, I'm Not a Pilot played during the after party.  It was our first time seeing I'm Not a Pilot live, and we must say, we were impressed.

Thank you so much to Present Music and Laura for letting us be part of your celebration.  We had a blast!

Devon & Anthony

It's been a long time coming! After 11 years, it could not have been a more perfect month. Devon and Anthony started dating over 11 years ago and decided to be married in the beautiful Dominican Republic! What a gorgeous location that screams paradise. We are so happy for them to have been blessed to share their special day with close friends and family in the Dominican and back home in Oshkosh. Raising a toast to you both, many years of great marriage to come. Congrats!

Rochelle & Jordan

Once again, I am privileged to work for Lifetime Image Photography & Video on this engagement session for Rochelle and Jordan. They are getting married in December and are a very fun couple.

I was very fortunate to have ran into Charles, owner of Lifetime Image last summer. Since then, our professional relationship has grown and CLM now has an opportunity to collaborate with such a talented person who has been in the wedding industry for over 15 years now. Thank you Charles!

Below are a few teasers from the engagement shoot!

Jamie & Samantha Engaged

A sweet and cute couple! Many thanks to them both for being able to make it out to The Fuzzy Pig in Whitewater last weekend!

Samantha told me when we first met that she wanted to have a cute vintage type theme to her wedding. I even got to do some online window shopping for RED shoes!!! Ekkk...I love shoes! Well....getting back to wedding talk, I decided it would be perfect to meet at this beautiful antique shop and resturant in Whitewater. It ended up being a perfect backdrop and we had a great time.

So here are a few of my picks from the shoot. Enjoy! September...here we come!!
Hands down, one of my favorite pictures! ^^^^ Can you tell? It's also the biggest one ;)
 See....look! Aren't they super cute!?!

Also, many thanks to my friend Jill who introduced me to Samantha in the first place. Jill is venturing into the world of wedding planning. And for those who want a wedding planner that is super passionate about it and absolutely loves loves loves everything weddings...she is your girl!

Feel free to contact CLM if you are interesting in booking Jill as your Wedding Planner!!

It was New Year's Eve and we quickly put together this shoot. It was so much fun and the boys were awesome to work with. They are perfect little posers! I love it!!

I had know Linda for quite some time now, and she is no stranger to the studio. Her husband and her were just the cutest together and even after 2 beautiful children together, they are so in love!

I'm so glad I was able to photograph her family this day! Happy New Year!

Happy Family

I first heard from my sister-in-law and then my information was re-routed to Amy....my sister-in-law's sister-in-law. LOL!

Amy and her family made the trip to the in home studio where we were able to take some nice family pictures. Poor Adam.....he had just gotten a few stitches taken out not too long before the session and still had recovery marks on his super cute face....but lucky for us...the photoshop fairy sprinkled a little dust on me and I was able to make it all better. Sort of like when you give a kid a kiss on their owie....except this was done electronically. =D

Besides, how weird would that be if your photographer started kissing your child's owies. LOL...no worries, totally would NOT happen. But the visual is enough to make you chuckle a little. Hehe.
Even though Adam wanted to stick his tongue out at me for just about every pictures...I got lucky anyhow and still caught him smiling!
They even brought along the family pet. She was so excited once we got her out of the car. She ran all over the place. So its a good thing we stopped for pictures at a rather large feild.

All in all, we were lucky that the trees sheilded us from the cool wind and that the sun was brightly shinning. I'm so happy that I was able to spend the morning with them and meet the entire family....pet included.
