This past weekend, I experienced my very first Indian wedding. It was by far the most unique ceremony I have ever been a part of. Thanks to a lot of practice and all the 'aunties' that pinned me into my sari, there was no falling or tripping involved the entire weekend. The reception was very similar to what you may expect in a traditional western ceremony yet incorporate many details from the indian culture.
